LearningRx Tysons is seeking a part-time Office Administrator / Director of First Impressions to support our brain training center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values organization, and wants to contribute to a positive, mission-driven environment helping children and adults succeed.

Hours: 3:30 - 7:30 pm, Monday - Friday; Occassional Saturdays 1 - 4 pm
Key Responsibilities

- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all families and visitors
- Answer incoming calls, listen carefully, and schedule appointments
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
- Keep schedules, records, and materials organized
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with community outreach and local events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
